Our plastic plates are made through a process called injection molding. This process produces very consistent and good-looking plates, but does create some small marks on plates where they are filled and ejected from the molds.

Our metal plates undergo several steps including machining, powder coating, and laser engraving.

Each piece has to meet our high quality standards in order to be sent to you, but with that said, small imperfections may be present, are normal, and are not considered defects.

Normal processing time for an order is 3-5 business days. Oftentimes we're able to ship out your order faster, and large surges in orders may extend this time slightly.

We now ship to most countries! We are able to collect taxes and duties for some countries at checkout. If your country collects taxes/duties on orders from outside the country, and we didn't collect any at checkout, please be prepared to potentially pay some fees in order to receive your package. Every country is different.
