Shipping

If you have questions about shipping, please email us at support@minibarbell.com along with your order number.

Most orders are shipping out within 48 hours if products are in-stock. Shipping time may be delayed if we are processing an unusually large number of orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5-7 business days.

Failed deliveries or lost packages: If your order shows delivered by USPS via your tracking code, but you're unable to locate it within your mailbox, doors, etc. please email us at support@minibarbell.com and we'll help you from there.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund Policy: We offer a full refund on undamaged, open items within 30 days of purchase, excluding the shipping cost on the original purchase. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected to confirm it is undamaged.

Exchange Policy: We offer a full exchange on any damaged items within 30 days of purchase, including the shipping cost to send a replacement item. A photo of the damaged item and the original shipping box is required to process returns. Exchanges will be shipped only after the photos of the damaged item(s) have been received via email at support@minibarbell.com. Depending on where you live and available inventory, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
