If you have any questions about shipping, please email us at support@minibarbell.com along with your order number.

  • Processing Time: Most orders ship within 48 hours if products are in stock. During high-volume periods (holidays, launches, or unusually large order volumes), processing may take slightly longer.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. International shipping times vary depending on country and shipping method.
  • Tracking: After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.
Duties & Import Taxes
  • For many countries, duties and import taxes are collected at checkout and appear as a line item.
  • For some countries, we are unable to collect these fees in advance. If no duties or taxes appear at checkout and your country typically charges import fees for U.S. purchases, you may be responsible for paying them when your package clears customs.
Lost or Failed Deliveries
  • If USPS shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it:
    • Check around your mailbox, front door, and with neighbors or building management.
    • If you still cannot locate your package, email us at support@minibarbell.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Because orders are processed quickly, please contact us immediately with your cancellation request.

  • If the order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery, and the courier will return it to us.
  • Returned shipments are inspected upon arrival, and refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your item.
Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mini Barbell purchase.

Refunds
  • Full refunds are offered on undamaged items within 30 days of purchase (original shipping cost is not included).
  • A shipping label will be provided to the customer once the return request is approved. $7 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected to confirm it is undamaged.
Exchanges
  • If an item arrives damaged, we offer a full replacement within 30 days of purchase, including shipping for the replacement item.
  • To process an exchange, please email hello@minibarbell.com with:
    • A photo of the damaged item
    • A photo of the original packaging
  • Note: Delivery time for exchanges may vary depending on your location and inventory availability.
