The loadable length of one end of our barbells is 41.5mm, and the width of each type of plate are as follows:
- 55lb: 8mm
- 45lb: 7mm
- 35lb: 6mm
- 25lb: 5mm
- 10lb: 3mm
- 5lb: 3mm
- 2.5lb: 3mm

Our plates are made through a process called injection molding. This process produces very consistent and good-looking plates, but does create some small marks on plates where they are filled and ejected from the molds.
Each piece has to meet our high quality standards in order to be sent to you, but with that said, small imperfections may be present, are normal, and are not considered defects.
Normal processing time for an order is 3-5 business days. Oftentimes we're able to ship out your order faster, and large surges in orders may extend this time slightly.
We now ship to most countries! We are able to collect taxes and duties for some countries at checkout. If your country collects taxes/duties on orders from outside the country, and we didn't collect any at checkout, please be prepared to potentially pay some fees in order to receive your package. Every country is different.

I bought the squat rack (because the bench was not available when the bars were finally available again) and a whole bunch of weights. It's all beautifully made. When it first arrived I was excited to set up, put the weights on and lift the mini barbell. But since then it's just been sitting on my desk. I find I don't interact with it anymore. I think it's partly because squat is only one of the 3 big barbell exercises I do every week? But if that's true, I could 'play' deadlift, I guess; yet I don't.

HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN FIT ON THE BAR?
You can fit up to 6 pairs of 45lb plates on the bar (585lbs total), or 5 pairs of 55lb plates (595lbs total).

Pretty hefty! The barbell itself weighs 28g. A pair of 45lb plates weighs 21g.
